MOSI — Museum of Superior Installation — is a dedicated space in the basement of the Heinrich Büssing Höfe, Wolfenbütteler Strasse 31 in Braunschweig, Germany, transformed into an interdisciplinary platform for contemporary art and performance exhibitions. This museum-like venue presents a variety of formats designed to engage visitors and inspire creative participation.
MOSI opened officially in April 2024.
MOSI’s deep historical roots trace back to Heinrich Büssing (1843–1929) and the Büssing works in Braunschweig—a site of groundbreaking inventions and an enduring architectural landmark.
In 2023, a depository was established to house an eclectic collection of objects, artworks, and machines from the 20th century—an assemblage of unknown origins and uncertain timelines. Once stored away, these artefacts have now been uncovered, cataloged, and organised into the MOSi Inventory.
The MOSI Depot is the home of the Inventory and the venue for exhibitions, installations and performance art by artists participating in the MOSI Artists in Residence programme (scroll down for recent and upcoming events).

Genady Arkhipau is a Belarusian artist based in Lower Saxony, Germany. He studies fine art and art mediation at the Braunschweig University of Art. Shaped by experiences of forced displacement, manual labor, and a previous career in traditional painting, his current work engages with political oppression and war, religion, aesthetic autonomy, corporate culture, and capitalism.
Before turning to contemporary art, he worked as a traditional painter with galleries in the USA and Belarus, with exhibitions among others at the Salmagundi Club and National Arts Club in New York, the State Museum of Pennsylvania, and the Palace of Art in Minsk.
Recent projects include the collaborative “Modular Sculpture for Democracy and Against Fascism” at the Museum of Contemporary Art Zagreb and the video installation “Hybrid Sermon” at Kunstverein DIE H_LLE in Braunschweig,
He has received numerous grants and is a NEUSTART KULTUR scholarship holder from Stiftung Kunstfonds. He was shortlisted for the Kunstpreis Junger Westen for sculpture, Preis der Nordwestkunst and won the advancement award at the GROSSE Kunstausstellung NRW.

Daniel Kuge is a German artist who works in film, painting, sculpture, and photography. His work has been showcased at film festivals and exhibition venues such as Shoot the Lobster in New York, The Wrong Biennale, Kunsthalle Kohta Helsinki, Braunschweig International Film Festival, Kunsthalle Recklinghausen, Museum Kunstpalast Düsseldorf, Kunstverein Braunschweig, Stuttgarter Filmwinter, and Mönchehaus Museum Goslar.

Gilivanka Kedzior, born in Toulouse (France) in 1976, holds a Master of Fine Arts from the Institut Supérieur des Beaux-Arts of Besançon. She also graduated from the University Toulouse Jean Jaurès in Art History and in Psychology.
Her work has been widely presented, exhibited and discussed in numerous international festivals, universities, galleries, museums and in situ on the five continents, including FNAF 8th Festival of Naked Forms, Prague, Czech Republic; Rencontre d’Art Performance #7, Loupian, France; Kolkata International Performance Art Festival, India; 7th Burnt of Snow Art Event, Inner Mongolia, China; and Performing Love at the National Museum of Contemporary Art, Helsinki, Finland.
